Hi Everyone!

How is your New Year going? I've gotten off to a great start.

I have revised my goals, broke them down into sub goals and then broke those down into daily items.
Now I have prepared for the rest of the year. I'm excited to see the improvement I plan to make in this coming year.

As you know advertising is the way to success in SFI. It takes doing some advertising every day, until you have a lot out there.

Have you tried putting banners in many places? You can contact your friends, associates and family members and ask them if you can put banners on their web site. I'd suggest A2A friends, but they will have SFI banners on their site. If you have something that you are doing such as a TE site, then you can exchange TE banners with them. Banners should be on all of your capture pages, on your emails and whereever you can put one. They go round and round if you have them in lots of places. They do get clicked and can improve your chances for getting PSA members.

There are so many new tools on TripleClicks to purchase, that you can look to them for your transfer purchases in TripleClicks. Instead of purchasing from some guru outside of SFI, go to the SFI digital section and just browse to see what suits your fancy. Many of these are inexpensive and give you VP, and MRP for each purchase. You can't lose purchasing from TC as it builds your SFI business.

Thanks to all of you for what you do in SFI and I am here to help you succeed and grow higher and higher this year. Let's all work together and triple our efforts, use all of the resources that we can muster and make 2014 the GREATEST year ever for such a proud group of people.

I especially want to spotlight Henri Traore, one of our CSA members. He has been with SFI since 11/01/11 and part of our group since 4/16/12. During this time he has done what he could in SFI with limited resources and I have watched him grow. This is his first time making first on my genealogy list, and I want to congratulate him, and let all of you know that you can make it too.

Henri is from Burkina Faso, a landlocked country in West Africa. When someone is on my team I look at the country they are from in SFI and read what I can about it in Google. This is a country I hadn't heard about before, but there are a lot of members from this country in SFI, and Henri is 9^th in the list. That is an accomplishment. Congratulations Henri!

Andrew Chandler, the second on the list this week is a new to me CSA coming into my group on the 14^th of this month. I want to welcome him and all of those who are new members that I am co-sponsoring. Glad to have him and all of the rest of you.

I am starting a new tip section this month and welcome any tips you might have. Please reply to this email with your tips.

My tip for this month is that PTC sites are great to help you make extra money and to see what is available. The ones I used were not as successful for advertising as I had hoped, but I stuck to my vow to see how far I could succeed in working some of them and not spending any money. I am hoping that this will help me improve my duplication and provide me with leads that I can use for other purposes. I will let you know how this is progressing. I took a BIG leap and dropped my Sbuilder unit which has been fantastic in providing leads, but most of them are inactive, so I am striving through this new method to find leads joining SFI that are more active. I will let you know how it is working for me.
