GOALS - Setting Goals

SFI Newsletter.

Hi Everyone!

How is your New Year going? I've gotten off to a great start.

I have revised my goals, broke them down into sub goals and then broke those down into daily items.
Now I have prepared for the rest of the year. I'm excited to see the improvement I plan to make in this coming year.

As you know advertising is the way to success in SFI. Do some advertising every day, until you have a lot out there.

Have you put banners in many places? Contact your friends, associates and family members.Ask them to put banners on their web site.TE sites all have some form of free banner offer. Place as many banners as you can on these sites. Banners should be on all of your capture pages, on your emails and wherever you can put one. They go round and round if you have them in lots of places. They do get clicked and can improve your chances for getting PSA members.

There are so many new tools on TripleClicks to purchase, that you can look to them for your transfer purchases in TripleClicks. Instead of purchasing from some guru outside of SFI, go to the SFI digital section and just browse to see what suits your fancy. Many of these are inexpensive and give you VP, and MRP for each purchase. You can't lose purchasing from TC as it builds your SFI business.

Thanks to all of you for what you do in SFI and I am here to help you succeed and grow higher and higher this year. Let's all work together and triple our efforts, use all of the resources that we can muster and make 2014 the GREATEST year ever for such a proud group of people.

Here's to YOUR prosperity! Looking forward to seeing you at the top!

Sincerely,

Marlene Kaiser

Some Observations About Working On The Internet

What I know for sure about working on this mystifying and wonderful internet. There has never been anything like it before. Nothing where we could go so quickly from one country to another in a virtual world and achieve success on our own.
  1. That the opportunity has never been as great to develop your own business.
  2. That the same habits of working at a business haven't changed. Dedication, focus, being present and hard working are activities that are essential to making it in the virtual world.
  3. Studying to learn all you can is the key to success.
  4. Knowing yourself and what you like, or will do is what makes it possible to find your niche.
Using the above information how do we determine from thousands of choices which business or program will work the best for us?

This is much harder to decide. In the real world there are many choices also, but there are more ways to test them out because we do more of the business face to face. Does that seem to make a difference? In some ways yes because we can have a better gut reaction face to face than email to email. Even when we meet face to face, we can be deceived by the individual we are confronting. We think we know someone very well only to find out later that we didn't, or they might change in some critical way. My mother had a way of saying inciteful things in a very short sentence. For instance, as a young newly married, I asked her how she stood living with the same man for 25 years, and she replied, “What do you mean the SAME man, I just think I get to know him and he changes”. All individuals make changes that can be troublesome to their friends and family, but the basic character remains the same.

The difference between face to face and virtual is that we make more assumptions about the individual we are emailing. When we see a face or picture of the individual it helps, but it still isn't the same. Our imagination takes over and creates a life for the person in the picture. If truth be known the picture may not even be one of the person we are emailing. A beautiful women can be a picture for a man and we wouldn't know it. Therefore, the internet makes it much easier to fool each other and make a life for ourselves that isn't real. We make unreal assumptions about the person we are communicating with.

Even the sources of information about individuals is created and carefully choreographed on the web in such a way that it is almost impossible to tell truth from fiction. (Read my Tracking Article.)We have to weed through a lot of information to become familiar with a program or individual.

For instance, I mentioned to some friends that I was using Paypal. I got an earful as to how they had been selling on Ebay and had their Paypal accounts confiscated for some time because of some perceived thing they had done by Ebay. Several are still waiting for their accounts to be freed so that they can use the money they feel they have earned. I put Paypal reviews in Google, and read some from TrustPilot and Paypal earns a three for trust. There are 24 pages of places I could visit to try and build an accurate picture of Paypal for myself, and then it might not fit my situation. Therefore I will personally trust Paypal until it proves different.

Personally, I've belonged to Paypal almost since its conception. I had problems with purchases that they have helped me to correct. So far I have a good experience with them. Still I have never sold on Ebay and had them confiscate my account so that I had nothing to spend to build my business for six weeks.

Where am I going with this commentary? This website is the best I can do, and it is the best representation of myself I can put on the web, and my hope is that any person reading this would realize that if they met me face to face, they would see that my web site is as real a presentation as I can make it, and that if they join with me in working on the web, I will do my best to help them grow and that I am looking forward to them to reciprocate by helping me to learn more about discerning what is real from fiction on making money on the web.

SFI (strong future international) is very real for me as are several other programs I am affiliated with. As long as I am financially rewarded and continue to find them true to the policies they put forth, I will ignore the negatives from those who have had little or no experience with them.

My Experience with Traffic Exchanges Part 5.

This is a composite my activities with traffic Exchanges and may or may not be the last post about TE's. .

Working SFI (Strong Future International) and any other program on the internet requires consistency. Particularly when you are doing Traffic Exchanges. These can be time consuming, but since I can put two screens up at a time, I can click on them as I am working the SFI program or answering my emails. It does increase the time I spend on these, but it has averaged less than 5 minutes a day.

Being consistent is logging in daily and completing whatever you have planned to do that day. SFI is a learning system for being consistent. Logging in and doing the daily items gets you started off right every day. It helps you to develop the habit of being consistent daily, weekly and monthly. By having to start over earning VP - (SFI's universal money point system) - every month, you develop the habit of assessing your progress monthly.

Setting goals and working toward them makes it possible to maintain continuity. You can see your growth in Total VP earned and badges you collect. These are motivating factors that help us keep our consistency.

When working Traffic Exchanges consistency is what makes it possible to log into the TE and see how many dollars you earned the day before. Earning daily is very motivating. I have been using every bit I earn to purchase more rental referrals - people who log in daily and click the web pages for .001 each. This seems like a small amount, but over time adds up. I am now up to $7 or 8 every day from their efforts.

One fun thing about TE's is the fascinating array of different ways to advertise or earn money in those you click every day to earn your portion for that day. When I have seen the ad several times, I can ignore it, so the time it takes is minimal. Since my income for spending on the web is very limited I resist many of those programs that look to good to be true and probably don't fulfill their promises.

Working together and helping one another will also improve our ability to turn SFI and other worthwhile programs into the money making machine that we are hoping for. Being an SFI member and learning the skills that we need to earn money on SFI teaches us how to branch out by learning the basics of internet profitability.

Branching out by advertising SFI wherever and when ever we can drastically improves our income by increasing our downline and sales ROI. Making purchases from TripleClicks, and advertising and selling the products of TripleClicks on other programs and sites helps us to grow consistently not only in SFI, but in working the internet.

Traffic Exchanges can be a significant boost to our free advertising. In the 2 and 1/2 months I have been working them I made several TripleClicks sales and have received two Personal recruits to my downline.
This is in edition to the money I earned. I joined Nerdbux.com by investing in their yearly $50.00 charge and have more than received it returned to me. Nerdbux has paid for itself and provided me with an advertising venue that has produced for SFI.

Please fill out my form to the right if you want to be part of my program. I am hoping to build a site where we all participate, study and learn together to earn what we need.

Experience with Traffic Exchanges Part 4

The two banners at the top explain what happens when you upgrade your membership and add money to the mix of services that you use with the traffic exchanges compared to not purchasing anything. I carefully chose these two programs for this experiment because they are very similar. On both programs, I clicked on all the ads available. It takes me about 10 more minutes a day to do both programs while working SFImg in another tab.The time spent depends on the number of ads I click and how much time I use recycling rented referrals.

Nerdbux.com became the one I upgraded because they seemed to give me more when I worked it free. I got more prizes doing the grid, and they have more advertisements to check. The total that I have spent on this program was $20 - 100 rented referrals, $10 - 50 rented referrals and $50.00 for the upgrade. $80.00 total since July 26th. when I joined the program. As you can see I have earned from the program $70.36 which is almost everything I have spent on Nerdbux. Since I average $4.00 per day from the rented referrals I will earn a profit in 4 more days.

I  also reinvest any money I earne by placing ads, and purchasing more rental referrals. I have gained 2 new people in my main SFImg.com program and one is a worker. I have also added direct referrals to my other program Neobux.com.

Neobux.com has made a profit from the beginning, because I haven't spent a dime on the program. My total here today is $4.97. I have reinvested this money in ads and purchasing rented referrals, I have gained two direct referrals into my Nerdbux traffic exchange, and 3 new TripleClicks.com members for SFImg.com the main money making program for me on the web. Neobux  increases about $.50 a day from clicking and doing the micro jobs available.

Thus, I consider these Traffic Exchanges to be worth the time and effort I have spent on them for the last 3 1/2 months. It is possible to do more than I have accomplished, but considering that I did all of the work on them while working SFImg.com. The increase in time over doing SFImg alone was about 5 minutes a day.

Experience with Traffic Exchanges Part 3

In September, I did quite a bit of advertising with Traffic Exchanges, and I found that to be like preaching to the choir about church. No one responded to my advertising. My click rate went up in SFI tracking, but not enough to justify paying for ads in TE's.

I placed over 150 ads, way below my goal of placing 1000 ads. This was a disappointment. It is very time consuming to place ads when you don't have templates to use. Now I have set up many templates for my advertising so I can just repeat the ads in some places.

My strategy for making $700 in September was to place many ads for Pricebender auctions. The idea was to get people to buy TCredits and earn CV from them. Several people signed up as PRM's but none of them placed any orders. So the result of my advertising was that I never accomplished what I wanted using TE's. I did find several auction groups in Facebook. Upon joining them, I have started placing comments about Pricebenders there. Still no results.

This is a very sad blog today, but it is picking up for me. I finally found a system that is working much better. I had joined MyLeadCompany previously, but sticking with my policy to never spend any money on my internet projects than I earned from doing internet projects, I had to wait until this month to purchase leads. I have now purchased the leads, and I received 100 free leads already.

True to the reason for starting this series on this web site was to research different methods of building the SFI business. I am now researching another method that I hope will work much better. It is using the free and paid leads I get from MyLeadCompany to increase my email list.

In September, I joined TrafficWave because of the many options they offer. You can Create, send and track unlimited email marketing campaign. It is free for the first month so you have a chance to check it out. Then there is a $19.75 price per month after that. It does work. I am sending out my first TrafficWave email today. Many of you will probably receive one because I am writing to every one I have on my email list.

This was not intended to be an advertisement for MyLeadCompany, and TrafficWave, but I wanted to make the information link so that you could check out the programs for yourself.

Since I have made money from the Traffic Exchanges in other ways than through advertising SFI, I will continue with the same four I corrently have, but will not be joining others. In fact I will likely only keep the two main ones making me an income. These are Nerdbux.com and Neobux.com. Neobux has been in business longer, but I have been getting higher payouts from Nerdbux. In fact I have received enough to purchase their yearly program.

Hope all of this information is valuable to you loyal readers. I have placed this on my blog at SFI also.

Experience With Traffic Exchanges Part 2.

Last month I talked about my experience with beginning on traffic exchanges. This was an experience, it could get very boring, but as I stated before, I do it while I am doing other things that have some lead time.
Now I belong to 4 traffic exchanges, and I've come to the conclusion that Nerdbux.com is the one I would recommend. I am going to continue with the other three to see if they improve, but if they don't by the end of this month. I will drop them.

From it I have noticed that of the 4 ordinary kind of bux traffic exchanges I'm working, Nerbux.com  has the most ads to click and  I have won the most money from their Nerd Grid. I have used my winnings to purchase referrals and to run one ad. So far I have had no response from the ad, but it was just for one day and only a few saw it.

How I have increased my earnings is that every time I get a little money I purchase more referrals. That has proven to be the best source of  income. Therefore I took a leap of faith and bought 50 referrals breaking my vow to not spend a cent on the program that I didn't earn from the program. I took this step because I have had success with rented referrals, and since the 20 I previously had were close to making me .50 cents a day, I decided to try purchasing more rented  referrals. If they continue the pattern, my earnings will go up to $2.50 a day from the rented referrals and will pay for themselves in 4 days. Want to make a bet with me to see if that really happens. I can see me getting to $50.00 a month, after I have thousands of referrals making me money. That is if I continue to click Nerdbux ads daily. I missed a couple of days income from the referrals because I missed two days clicking ads.

I haven't advertised much for Nerdbux, but I do have 1 direct referral from this website that is doing great. I haven't done anything to advertise this site, so I was pleased that I received one from here.

Hang in there with me and we'll see where this goes. I'm trying a bunch of new things also. I honestly believe that my efforts to help you all learn advertising has improved my knowledge and hopefully improved my skill.

Experience with traffic Exchanges

Last month I sponsored an advertising contest, and several started out with me in a group for the contest, but only one person opted in and followed the rules. My intent was to study different methods of advertising and report on my achievements. I did study Facebook advertising, and did receive one new active member from my efforts for SFI, and about 50 new Facebook followers.

In August I have been doing Traffic Exchanges (TE)following the procedures in the Ebook “Nerdbux Moneymaker”. I set a goal of making $50 per day with Traffic Exchanges. I intend to see if I can reach this goal without spending any money. Yes, it is possible, but it will take several months.

I spend very little money in SFI,in fact I only spend from what I earn and I still have a small profit each month. It took several months to make $50 a month without spending any money at all. I believe the TE's will beat that time because of more web experience from my training in SFI. If I conquer advertising, I will grow exponentially in SFI.

These are my thoughts on TE's, and I am writing a PDF which I hope to have ready soon.

TE's are great places to see what others are doing and to observe many different types of websites. If you are planning on having your own web site, or already have one, you can get many ideas from working on TE's.

They work better for me than the Facebook method because I can do something else while surfing, like read and write emails, watch auctions and send out Facebook and Twitter messages. I do have the advantage of having a large LED monitor so that I can put two or even three programs on my monitor by using the Full screen and then making each web site narrow. I discovered it works better doing something that doesn't require a lot of thinking.

I also work two TE's at a time. That way I don't wait for the websites to load. Doing this makes small sums on two different sites, but since they are similar both are growing simultaneously.

Everything you do in life requires some luck, and I was lucky and rented several affiliates who surfed and make money. I also advertised and have direct referrals, one of them is surfing. More important than luck is working a system. If you work a system, you make your own luck and find that better things come your way.

SFI taught me the magic of daily logging in and doing little things to get better money. TE surfing has reinforced that idea. In the two weeks I have been surfing and following the advice in the Ebook, I have made over $10.00 from my two programs without investing a dime, and each click is only worth .001 cents. The amount made doubles every 2 or 3 days, and I can see it getting to $50 in one or 2 months. This is an illustration of how you too can make money while advertising instead of spending a lot. That is why I have done both of the above activities and didn't spend a dime on either.

I now have money to use for advertising. There are other SFI members doing sponsor advertising in the TE's, some of them are very creative, but they are still a small percentage of the number of pages I surf. I understand that members from TE's are less prone to be active than members from other areas. Yet, I heard that Facebook would bring a lot of members and I only got 1 active out of 50 new members.

The message here is to make the effort to learn at least one form of advertising and do it well if you want to earn a lot of money from SFI.There are so many ways to advertise for free and programs to help and teach you in IAHBE, SFI and the web.

I want to encourage you to look back at why you joined SFI.Most people join to make their lives better. Just doing the dailies and reading the training will help you make a better income from the web, and you will be earning something while you are learning.

If you are interested in joining me in my journey with Traffic Exchanges, please check out this ebook and try it for yourself. Nerdbux Moneymaker.
